A vacuum refinery.

The vacuum refinery is an oil refinery which processes pressurized  crude oil or  desulfurized crude oil into 4 (liquid) products. It is a post-RBMK machine, and is an essential part of progression.

Usage

Unlike the oil refinery, to process oil through the vacuum refinery it must be pressurized to 2 PU using  compressors. The vacuum refinery has a power capacity of 1MHE, and consumes 200kHE/s in operation.
