The Assembly Machine (also referred to as the assembler) is a 3x3 pseudo-multiblock machine that is used in every stage of the game, with it being used to manufacture practically every other complex machine. The assembly machine selects a recipe to designate the item it will produce, it will then assemble the product within a specified period of time indicated on the recipe. If there is a solid block placed on top, a frame appears.

It is made with a tier 2 anvil and higher from components that do not require an assembly machine:

Usage
The GUI of the assembly machine can be accessed by right clicking it. All ports can be used to insert and eject fluids and items, and insert power.
Recipes can be selected using the button with the blue template folder icon on it. When selected, it will show a preview of the items needed to complete the recipe. Some recipes require blueprints to appear in the recipe selector.
Trivia
- Upon crafting an assembly machine, the player will be rewarded with the
Bobmazon fabrication achievement when crafted. - Most recipes only consume 100 HE/t, except for expensive mode recipes.
