The compressor is a specialized multiblock machine for compressing fluids. It can perform this operation on any fluid to increase its pressure, for use in other machines. Some of these fluids are compressed into different fluids entirely as special recipes for this machine.
It is most commonly used in conjunction with the vacuum refinery.
By default each operation takes 5 seconds and consumes 2.5 kHE/t.

Uses
The compressor can be used for multiple applications:
- Compressing Crude Oil to 2PU, to be used in a Vacuum Refinery
- Requires two compressors
- Compressing Blood (3PU) to Heavy Oil
- Requires four compressors
- Compressing Air to be used in Pneumatic tubes
- Required pressure depends on the length of the Pneumatic Tube
Trivia
- Compressing Steam does not produce an output of Dense Steam
- A smaller variant of the Compressor with the same functionality exists as the Compact Compressor
