Accepts an integer from 1 to 16. Writes a given message on a set line, with line 1 being at the bottom and line 16 being at the top (example: set7!Hello World will write "Hello World" on line 7 from the bottom).

Sends a command to the terminal. The command is anything written after the exclamation point (example: submit!chan example will execute the chan example command in the terminal, setting the channel to 'example').
