The Plasma Forge is a large 11x11 multiblock machine powered by fusion plasma. It is used for assembling expensive late and endgame items like Gerald, DFC parts and ICF laser parts.

Usage

The plasma forge is used for assembling endgame items such as the FEnSU and dark fusion core. It requires energy and plasma energy in order to perform recipes.

The plasma forge can pass on plasma, 25% of the plasma energy that passes through a plasma forge is consumed. This allows plasma forges to be chained, or unused residue energy to be used in turbines. Parts that interact with the fusion reactor directly, like the collector chambers, are not compatible.


All available plasma forge recipes are listed in the image. The plasma forge can make cheaper fusion reactor vessels at the cost of using quantum circuits. Some plasma forge recipes can require fluids. For example heavy duty elements require linnk=Stellar Flux stellar flux.

Production rates for plasma forge exclusive recipes are very slow. The plasma forge does not accept upgrades but it can use up useless fission fragments and unstable isotopes to gain a temporary x4 speed bonus with no penalty. Below is a table of all usable speed boosters in their ingot/powder forms with their duration:

The plasma forge accepts all forms of the materials above. The duration depends on the form of the material: 1 ingot = 1 powder = 1⅔ of a billet = 10 nuggets = 10 tiny piles.
