Caesium-137 is an extremely radioactive caesium radioisotope and common nuclear fission product. It is one of the
plasma forge boosters. It is also naturally pyrophoric.
Production
This page or section improperly displays one or more recipes. It should be refactored to use the standard recipe templates; click here to do so. |
As Cs-137 is a major fission product, it is mainly produced by recycling short-lived nuclear waste. On average, short-lived waste contains ~9% Cs-137. It also comes from the fuel cycles of MOX and highly enriched plutonium-239 Fuel in the research reactor.
Uses
It can be used to give the plasma forge a x4 speed bonus with no penalty.
Trivia
- Due to it being a common fission product, it can be found at nuclear disaster sites like Chernobyl or Fukushima, as well as nuclear detonation sites and in the fallout of them.
