Ionized particles are a special item only obtainable in fusion reactors. This item is required to obtain balefire or to craft the most endgame material. It can be also used as fuel in a fusion reactor by liquefying it, making helium-4. This also implies that ionized particles are helium-4 particles, but ionized, as the name suggests.

Production

It can be produced in 2 ways:

Fusion reactor - all plasmas except for helium-4-oxygen and balefire-antimatter. helium-3-deuterium is recommended due to 50% faster production.
Chlorinated petroleum wax + ionic gel - can be repeated infinitely If supplied with constant chlorinated petroleum wax and initially at least 1 ionized particle cloud, which also means you still need a fusion reactor in order for this to work.

Duplication

As mentioned above, ionized particles can be effectively duplicated, as long as you already have at least 1 ionized particle cloud, and can produce a steady source of chlorinated petroleum wax. To perform this, you'll need a mixer and an ore acidizer, and a conveyor setup with a splitter to send off your newly generated particles to wherever they're needed.

The first step is to take your ionized particles and mix them with liquid hydrogen and water:

Then, pipe that ionic gel into an acidizer:

Note that the mixer produces 1,000mB of ionic gel, while the acidizer can produce another cloud of particles with half that, effectively doubling your yield.
