Water is a plentiful but useful liquid from vanilla Minecraft. It is the most common fluid in the game.

Production

Water is infinitely producible and there are several methods.

Infinite water tanks passively produce water at a constant rate as needed.
- They can also remove it as needed.
Groundwater pumps produce it as needed.
It is gatherable in buckets.

Water is important for a number of things.

Water can be combined with niter in a Chemical Plant to create coolant, which is necessary for some machines to operate. Coolant can also be used for Cryogel, which is needed for the DFC. It can also be put in Chemical Plant or an Electrolysis Machine to make Liquid Hydrogen and Liquid Oxygen.
Water is used as a coolant for certain machines.

Water can be put into a Chemical Plant to make Hydrogen Peroxide, which than can be combined with water and sulfur to create Sulfuric Acid, which also has a number of uses.

Steam is Water that is boiled into a gaseous state. Steam can be used to generate power in turbines.

Water can be combined with Yellowcake and Fluorite to make Uranium Hexafluoride and sulfur, or it can be combined with Plutonium Powder and Fluorite to make Plutonium Hexafluoride. This is then used for Uranium and Plutonium enrichment in Gas Centrifuges.
