Flux is a sand based powder mixed with several materials.

It can be used as a crucible additive for several recipes, in the rotary furnace to process materials, and to produce steel in the blast furnace.

Production

Flux can be made through several shapeless recipes, involving always sand, then either lead powder and sulfur, charcoal, coal powder, fluorite, limestone powder, calcium powder, or borax.
