The StarDar is a pseudo-multiblock machine that is used to program hard drives before they get processed in the drive processor.
Crafting
The StarDar is crafted in the assembly machine with the following recipe:

Usage
The GUI has several elements: a large map allowing you to see and focus on specific bodies, a hard drive slot, the RAD button to focus on the current body, the ORB button to program a new orbital station into the inserted hard drive and a SLF button to program the current body into the hard drive.
To program a hard drive, first click on the body you want to land on i.e Duna to focus on it. Once it has focused, click again to "land" on it and then pick your landing spot by clicking one last time to program it into the hard drive.
