Concrete is a type of material that in real life is composed of aggregate together with cement that solidifies over-time into a durable material, often being used for construction purposes, meanwhile, in the mod, it is considered a blast-resistant block that serves the same purpose as in real life. It comes in many different colors which can be all produced with dye. Mobs can't spawn on most versions of concrete, notable exceptions are mossy and cracked concrete bricks.
Variants
Basic Concrete
There are many different types of concrete in the mod.
Concrete
This concrete can be dyed with any dyes, and provides even more color variance than default Minecraft blocks via special dye combinations. These blocks can also be crafted into stairs and slabs
| Details | Recipe |
|---|---|
| Concrete Duration: 5.0s |
- Blast Resistance 84.0
Asbestos Concrete
Whilst these blocks can't be dyed, they can still be crafted into stairs and slabs
| Details | Recipe |
|---|---|
| Asbestos Concrete Duration: 5.0s |
- Blast Resistance 90.0
Ducrete
These blocks cannot be dyed. You can still craft stairs, slabs, and reinforced variants.
| Details | Recipe |
|---|---|
| Ducrete Duration: 7.5s |
- Blast Resistance 300.0
Über Concrete
This form of concrete can only be obtained from the dud lab structure, and will eventually turn into moldy debris, which will collapse any structure built out of it.
- Blast Resistance 600.0
Processed Concrete
Basic concrete can be crafted further into stronger and more visually distinct types for a greater variety of creative expression and improved blast resistance.
Concrete Tiles
Crafted from regular concrete in any crafting grid in a 2x2 pattern.
Concrete Bricks
Crafted from regular concrete and clay in a crafting table. Also available are broken, cracked, and mossy variants, but these can only be found in various structures in the world.
Rebar Reinforced Concrete Pillars
Concrete can be combined with iron bars in a crafting table to produce pillars reinforced with rebar, this increases their blast resistance.
Concrete Slabs and Stairs
Regular undyed concrete, asbestos concrete, concrete tiles and all forms of concrete bricks can be crafted into slabs and stairs.
CMB Steel Reinforced Concrete

Uses
- Blast-resistant, useful to protect your structures against explosions.
- Concrete is needed for stronger blast resistant materials (like CMB Steel tile).
- Used in a number of structures and recipes.
