The atmospheric compressor is an NTM: Space fork exclusive machine. It is used to harvest compressed air from the atmosphere it is on, it therefore won't work on a vacuum.
The machine requires energy to operate, it will consume 200 kHE/s (or 10 kHE/t) and harvest compressed air at a rate of 2000 mB/s (or 100 mB/t). It also has 8 ports total, 2 per side. The ports all accept energy input, or fluid output.
It has a compressed air storage capacity of 50000 mB, and an energy storage capacity of 1 MHE.

It is crafted with the anvil, tier 2 is the minimum anvil tier required:
