The heavy machine gun turret (also known as Chekhov's Gun) is an automatic turret chambered in .50 BMG.
It is effectively a stronger version of Mister Friendly, firing a larger caliber at a faster rate. However, it has a marginally lower targeting range. The barrel spins up when preparing to fire and continues to spin even when out of ammo.
It requires a turret AI chip, electricity, and ammunition to operate. It can be configured to target or not target hostile mobs, passive mobs, players, and "machines".
A player whitelist based on username can be configured so it doesn't target certain players.
