The chaingun turret (also known as Mister Friendly) is an automatic turret chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO.
It is effectively a weaker version of Chekhov's Gun, firing a smaller caliber at a slower rate. However, it has a marginally higher targeting range. The barrel spins up when preparing to fire and continues to spin even when out of ammo.
It requires a turret AI chip, electricity, and ammunition to operate. It can be configured to target or not target hostile mobs, passive mobs, players, and "machines".
A player whitelist based on username can be configured so it doesn't target certain players.
