Production

Exclusively produced by killing any mob using a weapon with the "Painsaw" ability, dropping some small piles of nitra and extra XP points. The amount of nitra and XP dropped depends on the max health of the mob, and the ratio of nitra:max_health, mentioned in the ability's name in the item's tooltip. For example, if an iron golem is killed with a chainsaw, it will drop 10 small piles of nitra and 10 extra XP points. This ratio rounds up to the nearest whole number, so almost every mob will drop at least one small pile of nitra.

4 Nitra can be bought for 16 caps in the Bobmazon.

Uses

Nitra can be converted between the small pile form and the normal form with a 4:1 ratio.

Ammo Container

  • Crafted ammo containers are different from the found ones:
    • Ammo containers crafted from nitra cannot give "expensive" ammo types (This mainly excludes mini nukes and .35).
    • Comes in a distinct blue color instead of military green.
    • They also yield only half as much ammo as regular ones.

Trivia

  • Nitra is an ore from the game Deep Rock Galactic, that serves the same purpose it does in this mod.
    • unlike in Deep Rock Galactic, Nitra cannot be found naturally in the world as an ore, deposit, or in any other form.
