Fusionary Watz Plant (DEPRECATED)

From HBM's Nuclear Tech Wiki
File:Unknown538.png

A giant generator, powered by a singularity at its core.

The Fusionary Watz Plant is massive. Here is a breakdown of all the components:

  • 922 4000K Superconducting Magnets
  • 6 Fusionary Watz Calculation Matricies
  • 1 Fusionary Watz Control Core
  • 101 Regenerative Coolant Tank Shell Blocks
  • 45 Regenerative Coolant Tanks
  • 256 Fusionary Watz Structural Support Blocks
  • 4 Access Hatches

Usage

File:Unknown539.png

Needs Antimatter, Antischrabidium, a singularity and a fuse to work.

Compatible singularities are:

Singularity
Contained Counter-Resonant Singularity
Superheated Resonating Singularity
Miniature Black Hole
Singularity Screwdriver

From top to bottom, the higher the tier of the singularity, the more energy the reactor will output.

Some singularities consume antimatter or antischrabidium at different rates. Higher-strength singularities regenerate coolant faster than weaker ones.

Power production

Singularity

Converts 64 cells of antimatter and 64 cells of Antischrabidium to ~4.5GHE

Contained Counter-Resonant Singularity

Converts 64 cells of antimatter and 55 cells of Antischrabidium to ~4.5GHE

Superheated Resonating Singularity

Converts 36 cells of antimatter and 64 cells of Antischrabidium to ~4.5GHE

Miniature Black Hole

Converts 64 cells of antimatter and 64 cells of Antischrabidium to ~6.4GHE

Singularity Screwdriver

Converts 64 cells of antimatter and 64 cells of Antischrabidium to ~421GHE

This equates to ~6.58GHE from 1 Antimatter Cell and 1 Antischrabidium Cell

The numbers are a result of personal testing and they might be slightly off but the general idea is apparent.

Danger

Like the old nuclear Fusion Reactor, it is very safe as coolant regenerates automatically. The only thing particularly dangerous is the core: a singularity, which turns into a black hole if dropped as an item. This, however, will likely not be an issue, so long as you don't have fat fingers around "Q" and/or don't remove the core once placed inside.

Also, like the nuclear fusion reactor, mobs may spawn inside the empty space. Unlike the fusion reactor, when this reactor is operating, mobs begin to die quickly. The only way they could survive is if the reactor stopped operating relatively quickly (fuse removal or only ~1b of fuel is added) or if it's an enderman and it teleports out. So make sure your "friends" don't trap you inside it as a prank.

Pros and Cons

+ Produces massive amounts of energy, more-or-less a matter-antimatter reactor.

+ Essentially 100% safe.

+ Directly produces energy which can be outputted at any access hatch.

+ Regenerates coolant automatically

+ Looks cool

- Is extremely expensive to construct

- It is somewhat difficult to construct, requires scaffolding of some kind.

- Dangerous fuel, especially antischrabidium.

- Fuel is somewhat expensive to create in a cyclotron/particle accelerator, specifically antischrabidium.

- Difficult to repair if damaged from an attack or meteor strike due to massive size and complex design.

Notes

Has infinite Coolant.

Is extremely expensive.

How much energy do you really need to cook your food?

Reeks of CMB tech, repel the oppressors!

Very secret note: The singularity screwdriver is called item.overfuse for commands.

The singularity screwdriver is a solid investment.
