Scrap is a waste byproduct of the 
Shredder, similar to Dust. It is produced when items/blocks that yield no usable output (such as powders) are shredded.
Scrap has a solid block form and can be used as a furnace fuel.
Production
As mentioned before, scrap is produced by shredding items/blocks with no powder form, such as cobalt/meteor cobalt ore, concrete, among others.
It can be found in as well, but is typically made using the shredder.
Usage
It can be further shredded to yield Dust, or be used as a furnace fuel for 4 operations. Blocks of scrap (4 scrap) give 20 operations.
