The AP landmine generates in the world and causes a small explosion when walked into (slightly less powerful than a creeper). The explosion does not destroy blocks.
It can be defused if right clicked with a defuser. When defused, it is dropped in the world.
Where to find
They generate very commonly throughout the world and can spawn in any biome. They can be less of a threat in deserts as they are easier to much spot in the sand.
Dangers
Explodes when walked into (as explained above), although the damage can easily be minimized with good armor.
Loot
When defused it will drop Anti-Personell Mine. This can be used for your own purposes such as base defense, traps, etc.
