Landmine (Generated)

Anti-Personnel Landmines are mines randomly generated very commonly in the overworld that when stepped on, causes a small explosion (slightly less powerful than a creeper), and does not destroy any blocks.

The player can try to avoid these landmines by listening to a certain beep sound that can be heard a few blocks from a mine.

The landmine can be defused if right clicked with a defuser on hand, when defused, it is dropped as an item.
