A container that can hold 12 hot depleted nuclear fuel to cool it down for recycling. Simple enough.

Usage
Surround the block with water and put hot depleted fuel inside. The more water on its sides, the faster it will cool.
The average time is 5 minutes, but it has an extreme deviation of anywhere from 2 seconds to up to even an hour.
