Spent Fuel Pool Drum is a container that can hold up to 12 hot depleted nuclear fuels to cool it down for recycling in 
PUREX or 
SILEX.

Usage
Surround the block with water and put hot depleted fuel inside. The more water on its sides, the faster it will cool.
The average time is 5 minutes, but it has an extreme deviation of anywhere from 2 seconds to up to even an hour.
