The Silo Hatch is an instant shutter that can be placed horizontally.
Usage
To make a functional hatch, you'll need to make a square out of Silo Hatch Frame blocks and a Silo Hatch Opener in the center of one of the sides, like this image displays, then right click on the Hatch Opener or give it a redstone signal.
