Red Copper (also known in-game as Minecraft Grade Copper) is an alloy of Redstone and Copper. It is a key alloy alongside steel, both of which are required for progression. Its primary use is to make Red Copper Cables And in many other recipes, such as the Battery Socket, Motor, and many more, especially in its wire form.
Mass production of the alloy can start after large quantities of Redstone (the limiting factor to high scale production) are available, most likely thanks to Bedrock Ore Processing.

Uses
Red Copper is used on a wide variety of recipes, in electrical and progression critical uses, along with making Advanced Alloy, a very essential item for progression, other uses include but are not limited to:
- Bomb Propelants (Little Boy, Fat Man)
- The RT Generator
- The Speed Upgrade Mk. I
- The Silo Hatch and Silo Hatch Opener
- The Molysite-Etched Microchip
- The Red Copper Diode
