Rare Earth Ore is a group of many different materials. When destroyed it drops fragments of ores, which can be shredded into tiny piles of powder. You can then merge 9 tiny piles into one normal pile. After this you smelt it to extract the metal. These metals are Cobalt, Actinium, Cerium, Lanthanium, Neodymium, and Niobium.
