Natural Gas

Natural gas is a petroleum product produced as a byproduct of crude oil extraction. It primarily consists of methane[1].

Production

Irregular quantities are produced by oil extraction equipment, the oil derrick and pumpjack and the fracking tower.

Uses

It has several uses:

Fuel

Natural Gas is a low-quality fuel, that provides 75 kHE per bucket and 50 kTU per bucket.

It is a gaseous fuel, meaning that in order to be burned at 100% efficiency, a combined cycle gas turbine is required.
