Fish Oil

Fish Oil is oil derived from the tissues of oily fish. It is used in the making of some dyes, and some other fluids.

Production

  • To make Fish Oil, you will need, obviously, fish. Any fish in-game will give you 100mB Fish Oil in the Liquefaction Machine.
    • Same goes for the Industrial Mixer. Any fish that you have will give you 100mB Fish Oil.

Uses

  • Fish Oil can be used in a few ways, let's see some of them:
    • First thing you can make is dyes. With a Ore Acidizer, there are a total of 7 recipes in the Acidizer. 6 of them are dyes. These are:
    • 1 Copper Powder / 100mB Fish Oil > 4 Chemical Green Dyes
    • 1 Coal Powder / 100mB Fish Oil > 4 Chemical Black Dyes
    • 1 Cobalt Powder / 100mB Fish Oil > 4 Chemical Blue Dyes
    • 1 Tungsten Powder / 100mB Fish Oil > 4 Chemical Yellow Dyes
    • 1 Iron Powder / 100mB Fish Oil > 4 Chemical Red Dyes
    • 1 Titanium Powder / 100mB Fish Oil > 4 Chemical White Dyes
  • Or you can also make Rubber with Fish Oil in the Acidizer.
  • You can also use Fish Oil in a Coker Unit.
    • By giving the huge amount of 10000mB Fish Oil you can get:
    • 1 Petroleum Coke / 1000mB Mercury
  • Fish Oil also has uses in the Industrial Mixer, being somewhat useful for 3 different things. These are:
  • Fish Oil is also Flammable, you can get 75.0kTU per bucket with it.

Trivia

  • In Real Life, fish oils contain the omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), precursors of certain eicosanoids that are known to reduce inflammation in the body and improve hypertriglyceridemia.
  • In Real Life they can also be used for consumption as part of the diet or in dietary supplements in contemporary societies, fish oils also have found roles in external use, as emollients or as general ointments as well as in body art, or for alleged insulation against cold temperatures.
  • There are actual fish oil capsules in real life that work as supplements, as they are very good against certain things.
