Nuclear fuel specifically for the ZIRNOX.

Production

Fuel rods for the ZIRNOX are typically crafted by filling an empty fuel rod with the fuel material in the following fashion:

Empty ZIRNOX Rod
Uranium Billet
Uranium Billet
ZIRNOX Natural Uranium Fuel Rod
This recipe is shapeless; the inputs may be placed in any arrangement in the crafting grid.

Specific pages will specify how to produce the fuel material itself, where required.

Usage

As the reactor burns through its fuel, it will eventually fully deplete and will have to be removed from the reactor and replaced with a fresh rod. The spent fuel is then extracted, cooled in a spent fuel pool, and then when cooled off and the immediate fission products decayed, it can then be recycled.
