NOTICE
The CMB Steel Furnace has been deprecated and is no longer craftable. Instead, you make CMB steel with the crucible.
A furnace to produce CMB Steel.
Needs a lot of power and Poisonous Mud (200mB) to operate.
Usage
Right after kicking the developer in the nuts for making poisonous mud so hard to get, put Advanced Alloy and Magnetized Tungsten powders or ingots in their respective slots along with the Poisonous Mud containers in the bucket slot.
1x Advanced Alloy ingot, 1x Magnetized Tungsten ingot, 200mB of Poisonous Mud, and 20MHE yields x4 CMB Steel ingots.
Note
Unlike most other machines, the CMB steel furnace begins to consume poisonous mud during the operating time, instead of upon completion, along with power. So, if an operation were to be canceled or otherwise stopped, you would not only waste power, but also precious nuclear waste. Worst of all, it gives you some gross, funky number for the amount.
Trivia
- Its model looks like a CMB steel block with a modified texture.
- The machine itself is made of Magnetized Tungsten and Advanced Alloy, which is, interesting...
- Though, the color may be due to simply it using a large amount of Overclocked Circuits.
- In the output slot, you can see the insignia for the Combine, an antagonistic organization from Half-Life 2.
